Diamond KUTRONIC

Diamond KUTRONIC is a high quality, fully-automated sharpener for longer squeegees; with four models to sharpen up to 60” (153cm), 76” (193cm), 96” (244cm) and 120” (305cm). Uniform sharpening speed, consistency of grinding pressure and material removal, all assure superior quality control.

Material removal: Recommended rate 0.002-0.005″ (0.05-0.10mm) – Grit dependent.
Blade Height Tolerance: +/- 0.006″ (0.15mm) measured from end to end.
Edge Straightness: Adjustable from -0.050″ to +0.050″ camber (-1.22mm to +1.22mm camber) at full length (Note: For best performance all diamond KUTRONIC are factory set at +0.050″camber).
